Payment by Debit / Credit card

Payment by bank deposit (remittance)

If you wish you can pay for your order through the bank transfer (transfer) option. In this option, it is suggested that you indicate your order number (ID) in the field reason for deposit and send the payment receipt to sales@tropicanna.world with the subject “Bank Payment” for the fastest service of your order. The products are shipped as soon as the transfer is completed and your deposit is confirmed in our account. Any additional charges other than the transfer bank (Viva Wallet by Viva Payments) are charged by the customer’s bank.

Payment by cash on delivery

COD method is one of the most common shipping methods in Greece. The products are sent via courier to the selected shipping address and the price of the products is paid in cash upon receipt of the parcel by the customer. For your information, the cash on delivery method has an extra charge per order of 1.5€ and is valid only for destinations within Greece.
